Powderfinger – a tribute to Neil Youngand Crazy horse

Powderfinger UK formed only a year ago, the result of singer/guitarist Shaun Kelly's lifelong love of Neil Young's music. They play songs from all eras of Neil Young's long career, both electric and acoustic. They have the classic Crazy Horse line-up, and reproduce the songs with accuracy and skill, complete with four-part harmonies. Lead guitarist/singer Shaun Kelly has played in bands of all types for many years. Guitar player Michael Collings was a finalist in Britain's Got Talent a few years ago, and is also solo artist. Drummer Jimmy Smith was lead singer in British rock bands Asgaerd and Stonehouse in the 1970s, and also played with Plymouth band Canyon for many years. The lineup is completed by bass player Dave Waters who is also a very experienced musician, having played with a variety of bands over the years. Powderfinger have a wealth of experience and skill to draw on, and are a must-see for any fans of Neil Young's music.
